LUMA young bull skins are full-grain, semi-aniline articles which are worked in a thickness of less than 1.5mm in order to obtain a leather with a fine and natural grain. The grain of LUMA leather is very close to lambskin touch. This is a soft and silky product which is perfect for more sophisticated uses.
LUMA leather can be embossed with a “Madison” grain. This fine grain offers an improved consistency and makes the leather easier to cut.
Both of these articles can be fire treated during the dyeing process for a specific use. The leather can be used for airplanes (FAR 25853 12s), upholstery/ decoration (NF P 92 507 class M2) and nautical area.
